Peter E. Isaac

Peter E. Isaac Since his graduation from Oxford University, Peter Isaac has filled top management roles in such areas as sales, human resources, and corporate management. Peter has worked in businesses ranging from multinational oil companies to banking to management consultancies in the UK, Australia, USA, and several European countries. Peter divides his time between homes in the British Cotswolds and Florida. Mr. Isaac has been elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts (UK).

Peter's negotiation experience in several business and national cultures have helped him develop an excellent facility for comprehending and dealing effectively with corporate tribalism as well as negotiations involving parties from several nationalities. He has developed several internationally-copyrighted tools for assessing and improving corporate decision-making. Mr. Isaac has been associated with The Negotiation Skills Company since 1996.

Mr. Isaac's family includes three daughters and one son, who have given him an excellent grounding in how negotiation really works. His wife is aided in dealing with Peter as a work-in-progress by their two grandsons who are bringing him up-to-date on the negotiation style of yet another generation.

When not otherwise engaged, Peter is known to enjoy good wine, theatre, and the gentle sport of Rugby football.
