Question: How would you improve communication while negotiating with other side?
Response: While your question is short, whole books could be written in response. However, there is a simple starting place: the entire process of negotiation is about communication. While there are many techniques, the most critical is good listening. There is an old expression: God gave us two ears and one mouth; we should use them in that ratio.
