Question: What is a negotiation system?
Response: There are basically two approaches to negotiation: Combat or Collaboration.
People need to realize that negotiation is not a competitive sport. Ideally people use negotiation as a tool to collaborate with others to achieve an agreement that each will willingly fulfill.
